For this Women’s Day campaign, I led the entire production process—from concept to final editing—alongside my team. This social experiment video features Unilever Sri Lanka employees sharing their thoughts about their colleagues, highlighting respect, appreciation, and the role of women in the workplace. The video captures raw, heartfelt conversations, reinforcing the company’s commitment to gender inclusivity and empowerment.
